How to ensure you get started as quickly as possible with lots of parties and earnings!!!
Ask everyone you can think of to book a party. It is also highly recommended to hold a party yourself, as many friends who are unsure can come along, see how much fun it is, and will then be more interested in booking a party themselves. Use FRAN to build a list of people to ask!
Let me introduce you to FRAN!
Friends – Old & New, friends from work, clubs and pubs!
Relations – Sisters, Cousins, Aunts, Mum, Gran, In-laws.
Acquantancies – Hairdresser, Nurse, Dentist, School mums.
Neighbours – Current and old neighbours from where you used to live, and ones that have moved away.
Tell everyone that you’re just starting out and that you need them to help you get started!
Remember ALL hostesses and guests should be FEMALE and 18 or OVER!!
Ask your FRAN contacts to give you the phone numbers of 2 people they know (that you don’t) that might like to book a party too! This way if you have 30 friends you can turn them in to 90 contacts which will build you business much faster!!!
Try to write a list of 20-30 FRAN’s that you think would help you. This way you wont forget anyone.
Make sure you ask everyone as soon as possible, the quicker you are out there at parties, the quicker you are earning !!
Finally, don’t worry if you find that you don’t have as many party bookings as you would like, Ive had some very successful party organisers who didn’t have many parties at the beginning!! I can often help with 1 or 2 parties that I have double booked myself too!!

Ann Summers girls earn an average of £70 per party and so by holding just 3 parties per week means you could earn a massive
£2520!!! During the next 12 weeks!

So, think you cant find enough parties?
All you need is 2 friends who would hold a party for you, then perhaps even hold one yourself for those friends who need some encouragement.
From each party we hold we get 2 bookings from each party in order for the hostess to gain her benefits, so from 3 parties you would get 6 bookings, from those 6 parties you would then get 12 bookings etc……

Would I have to buy my kit?
No. Ann Summers rent you a kit valued at £500,
which you have to return when you leave.
How much is the kit rental?
£3.50 per week, until you either bank £1200 (8-9 parties) or... £3.50 per week for 32 weeks.
Which ever comes first. After that period, the Kit still remains the property of Ann Summers,
but you have it on free loan.
How many nights will I have to work?
As many as you like or 4 per month minimum.
Working for Ann Summers means you work for yourself...
It’s your own business.., you work when you want.
The more parties you do the more money you will make.
How would I get my parties?
Most people start by having a party at home, or at F.R.A.N’s house.
(Friends, Relations, Acquaintance & Neighbours).
Canvassing, school gates, advertising, anywhere you go you should talk Ann Summers....
People do want the parties. At the parties you hold you will get more bookings.
What happens if I am on holiday?
Catalogue folders work for you whilst you are away.
You have to place at least one order per month to keep your account open.
Is there a minimum order value?
No Ann Summers will deliver everything free of charge.
How much will I earn?
23% on party orders e.g. if the party sales are £200 you receive £46.00 profit.
How much discount will I get from my personal orders?
30% on anything you want to buy.... Whether it is for yourself or for your kit.
Doesn’t your husband mind?
No Ann Summers is a job that you fit in and around your family...
you work when you want. It is an ideal job if you have children,
he can look after the kids at night and you get a break, in women’s company,
earning an average of £60 per night and have fun doing it.
Do I have to drive?
No, but it helps. Some of the more successful party organisers do not drive.
Your bingo money should cover the cost of a cab.
Are there any prizes I can win?
Yes.. There are monthly level prizes for you to set your goals and win each month.
Plus loads of competitions for you to go for.
Do I have to go to lots of meetings?
The Unit Meetings are held once a month on a Sunday between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
They are fun and informative. You get to meet the rest of the team,
pick up your prizes, swap ideas, learn new games & hopefully get motivated.
Could I become a Unit Organiser and get a Company Car?
Yes everybody starts the same way..With the same chances.

You will need 6 working recruits and good personal banking. The car comes along later.
How do I start?
I will arrange to see you and give you all the information you’ll need.
Then you complete an application form and give me some form of I.D.
(dated within the last 3 months).
Talk to everybody you know and get as many party bookings and orders as you can.
I will then send for your kit.
